Covid-19 Pandemic

In response to the risks associated with the Covid-19 worldwide pandemic we have suspended our weekly face to face meetings. The safety and wellbeing of our members, their families and the wider population must take priority. We hope to resume our normal meetings soon. In the meantime we are meeting regularly and virtually using Zoom.

If you supported or took part in the Lincoln Santa Fun Run or the Lincoln Sausage Festival in 2019 we wanted to say a big thankyou. The money you helped us raise means that The Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia has been able to provide much needed donations to some key charities during this emergency period these include The Lincoln Foodbank, Lincoln Community Larder (food bank), EDAN Lincs (women’s refuge and domestic abuse support), YMCA Nomad Centre (Homeless), Marie Curie and MacMillan cancer care. At this time we obviously don’t know what form these much loved Lincoln events will take in 2020, but rest assured we will keep everyone posted (here and through our Facebook and Twitter messages).

Thanks to the hard work and sewing skills of Colonia Rotarians, family and friends we over three months we have produced and distributed over 600 scrub bags. These were donated to the local ambulance stations and a number of care homes in and around Lincoln. We were helped enormously by the ladies from Bassingham W.I. Well done and thank you everyone !

If you would like to get involved please contact us at:

Along with the other three Rotary Clubs in Lincoln we were please to support the new Lincoln Imp Trail organised by Lincoln BIG. This event has now been postponed to 2021 see link here for details. We look forward to meeting you all with our Lincoln Rotary Imp in 2021.
