The members of the Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia give their time and talents to serve our local community and those in need overseas. We are men and women from business and professions who share a common interest in helping others. The Rotary motto Service above Self says it all.

We organise annual community events such as the Lincoln Sausage Festival, The Lincoln Santa Fun Run & Walk and the Young Chef of the Year competition. April 2023: The Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia held our first Charity Auction at the Blue Room , The Lawn, Lincoln on Thursday 20th April. Experts from Unique Auctions were available to value items. The auction commenced at 3 pm . Again Unique Auctions provided one of their auctioneers free of charge. There was no charge for the valuation, although donations will be welcome. Auctioneers commission of 10% (normally 20%) was be paid to the Rotary Club, sellers will keep the balance, no buyers premium. Unique Auctions and Stokes Coffee are providing their services free of charge so that we can raise the maximum amount for Rotary Charities. | |

March 2023: Station adopters from The Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia teamed up on 20th March with East Midlands Railway and Network Rail staff to transform the flower beds at Lincoln station concourse. Planters have been planted with Lavender bushes, which when in bloom will be in EMR colours. | ![]() |
February: We were recently joined by students from the University of Lincoln to see what Rotary is all about! Thank you to Thomas for sending the following for us to share. “The evening was an enlightening process, as I and other university students were welcomed with open arms which allowed us to have an in-depth understanding regarding the clubs upstanding values as well as its upstanding members. I believe the evening allowed us to really see what the rotary club is, as members discussed all the amazing activities, they do in order to support both local and global communities. Overall, the Rotary Club is an amazing organisation that truly works for the betterment of society.” | ![]() |

October: Lincoln's first Pollinator Awareness Conference presented by The Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia in collaboration with Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. 150 people attended this important event. Watch the keynote presentation here. | ![]() |
April: A huge thankyou to Lincolnshire Co-Op and their customers as one of the Co-oP Community Champions in December. Over £1000 has been donated which we will be sharing with deserving local charities in the coming months. | ![]() |
April 2022: What a privilege to be able to hold the Lincoln Run For Ukraine in Uphill Lincoln on 3rd April. An important community solidarity event for the city of Lincoln. Although the numbers running were not as high as we hoped we were still able to raise significant funds to help our charities. After our costs (which we kept to a minimum thanks to the generosity of so many local organisations) we are able to donate £3,800 shared between the three charities.
